About thE BERMUDA MEDICAL DOCTORS ASSOCIATION
The Bermuda Medical Doctors Association is an amalgamation of the now defunct Bermuda Medical Society and the Bermuda Medical Association. Subsequently, the two organizations combined to form The Bermuda Medical Doctors Association.
We are a membership organization comprising of and representing, community physicians, hospital physicians, government physicians, students, residents and work permit physicians.
Our Mission: To Represent physicians; promoting quality health care for patients
Our Role: Bermuda Medical Doctors Assoc. acts as the representative body for physicians in Bermuda. Our role is to advocate on behalf of physicians in Bermuda in order to ensure that their needs are met whilst also encouraging the physician community to deliver high quality healthcare to the local community.

StaffWhile the Board does work diligently, being the face and representing our members, they do need assistance with the day to day operations, organizing and planning. Our diligent support workers is to ensure that the membership of BMDA receives regular updates on what is going on with BMDA, organizes events, updates our website, and maintains our membership database.
